We use UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and USPS Priority Mail. UPS shipping charges are calculated in UPS Realtime, and vary depending on weight and location. USPS charges are calculated based on order amount.

What is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products, in re-sellable condition, within 14 days of the date of purchase. All tags must be attached.
Note: Custom-made dog coats are not returnable. This includes long-length in larger sizes 18-34 Long and any coat that is modified to fit your dog's measurements.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer. If you feel there was an error in your order please email customerservice@greenerwiener.com and reference your order number. Please note that all sale items are FINAL and non-refundable or exchangeable. If you received an item as a gift, it may be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

Greener Wiener is committed to protecting your privacy, and will not sell, trade, or rent the personal information you provide when ordering or signing up for our E-newsletter.
When you place an order we need to know your name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card information to process your order. On occasion items may be shipped directly from a product manufacturer or by a third party. In these cases we will share your information only as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
